About the Role

Bay of Many Coves, a Michelin Key 5-star luxury resort, is seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team during a busy period. This is a short-term placement with a start date of 5 November 2026 and an approximate end date of 3 December 2026. Travel will be provided/covered.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of four junior housekeeping staff and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across the resort.
• Conduct pre-guest arrival room checks and maintain resort presentation standards.
• Train and mentor two new housekeeping staff joining on 15 November, including familiarizing them with room preparation, equipment, and product usage.
• Step into a hands-on supervisory role while our leadership team is away (10–30 November).
• Ensure compliance with Michelin Key 5-star luxury standards in all housekeeping duties.
• Work in a remote coastal location and stay in shared staff accommodation.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
• Skills:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high standards in cleanliness and presentation.
  • Strong leadership and training abilities, with the ability to encourage and support a team.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely in a shared accommodation setting.
• Availability: Must be available to start on 5 November 2026 and commit through approximately 3 December 2026.
