Motel Housekeeper

Short-term 3-month Housekeeper Required for a lodge in Franz Josef

We are a 9-room lodge in Franz Josef.

We have 1 vacancy for Lodge Assistant and House-Keeper.

Accommodation on-site with utilities in exchange for 1 hour of work per day. 

This role is a casual depending on lodge occupancy - 

Need to start work by early October and must be able to stay on for 3 months. 

Hours per week dependant on occupancy and may range from 15 to 25 hours per week.

Duties:

- Providing general cleanliness and care.  This includes the normal house-keeping, cleaning, making beds and other general duties,

-Kitchen duties, preparation of cooked breakfast

-Able to liase with international guests to welcome them

- Preference for those with housekeeping skills or fast worker or with experience

- General cleaning

Requirement:

- good work ethic and work without supervision

- preference for candidates who can work until end of Dec/early Jan

Wages - $24.65 per hour plus Holiday Pay of 8%
