Sous Chef

Payment: Accommodation & Paid ($29 per hour )

Temp Chef Required 


Assignment Details:
 

  • Summer contract starting November - May 2027 
  • Accommodation available ( own room with shared cooking) 
  • $32  - $35 per hour + 8 %holiday pay 
  • $6 staff meals
  • Must have full chef uniform, shoes and knives

Reasonable travel cost covered

Ideally you will have been at Sous  level for at least 2 years working in a hotel environment, especially Buffett
