Factory Process Worker

We’re looking for motivated and reliable people to join us in supporting our client, a leading New Zealand dairy and nutrition company, at their modern processing facility near Rolleston.

You’ll be part of a busy production team, with a range of day, night and rotating shift options available across multiple departments.

Shifts & Rotations
Different shift patterns are available depending on the department, including:
 

• 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off – 5.45am–6.15pm / 5.45pm–6.15am
• Day shift – 6.00am–4.00pm
• Night shift – 4.00pm–4.00am
• Overtime opportunities may be available depending on department requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring production line machinery
• Operating filling machines, case packers and palletising robots
• Sorting, packing, sampling and completing quality checks
• Assisting with general production line duties
• Managing damaged or wasted product
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas
• Following all food safety and health & safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Honest, reliable and motivated team players
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality
• Responsive in communication – able to answer emails and texts promptly when additional shifts are available
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and available to work the shift pattern required by your department, including weekends and public holidays
• Available to pick up shifts at short notice where required
• Full Driver Licence
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and MOJ check
• Valid working rights in New Zealand
