Holiday Home Cleaner – Hanmer Springs

We are a small, local property management and cleaning team based in Hanmer Springs, looking for a reliable and hardworking cleaner to join our team and help look after local holiday homes.

No previous cleaning experience is necessary — full training will be provided to the right person. What matters most to us is someone who takes pride in their work, has an excellent eye for detail, and is dependable.

About the Role

The role mainly involves cleaning holiday homes to a high standard between guest stays and making sure each property is clean, fresh and guest-ready.

Tasks include:

• General cleaning and dusting
• Making beds and changing linen
• Vacuuming and mopping
• Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
• Checking and restocking supplies
• Reporting any maintenance issues or damage
• Ensuring properties are spotless and guest-ready

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has exceptional attention to detail
• Takes pride in their work
• Is reliable and punctual
• Can work independently
• Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
• Has NZ work visa or residency

Hours

Typical hours are 10am-3pm, with some days finishing earlier or later depending on bookings.

Sundays and school holiday work may be required, particularly during busy periods.

All properties are located in and around Hanmer Springs.
