• Has previous experience in similar roll
• Communicates confidently in English
• Works independently, with a strong sense of ownership
• Has an eye for detail
• Is warm and welcoming with our regulars
• Stays relaxed under pressure, but moves fast when it's busy

Pay based on experience and performance - we recognise what you bring to the table.

Preferably someone looking to stay with us for the long run, but we're open to talking.
