Akaroa TOP 10 Holiday Park, nestled above the stunning Akaroa Village and Harbour, is seeking an enthusiastic individual or couple to join our vibrant team.

Your Role:

As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Housekeeping: Maintaining our beautiful rooms and facilities to the highest standards, including cleaning, tidying, and ensuring guest comfort.
• Reception: Greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations and check-in/check-out procedures, handling guest inquiries and complaints, coordinating with other hotel departments, processing payments, and providing information on hotel services and local attractions
• Night Checks: Conducting rostered park checks of guests and facilities
