Lodge Attendant

Lodge Attendant – Azur Lodge, Queenstown

Azur Lodge is a luxury boutique property overlooking Lake Wakatipu. We are seeking a professional Lodge Attendant to support our Lodge Hosts and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role is varied and includes guest service, lodge presentation, porter support, and some secondary housekeeping duties during busy periods. A full, clean driver license is essential as guest transfers form part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Serve à la carte breakfast, afternoon tea, or assist with pre-dinner drinks & canapés depending on the shift.
• Welcome guests, assist with requests, and support villa orientations.
• Handle guest luggage and provide transfers in lodge vehicles.

Operational Support

• Restock amenities, snacks, beverages, and lodge supplies.
• Assist with stock rotation and keeping operational areas organised.

Secondary Housekeeping Support

• Assist with villa servicing, turndown, and restocking during busy periods if required.
• Keep housekeeping areas tidy and ensure public areas remain presentable.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.

About You

• Full, clean NZ or valid international driver license (essential).
• Experience in hospitality, luxury accommodation, or guest service is an advantage.
• Warm, polished communication and strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and within a small team.
• Flexible with weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts.
• Full NZ work rights or valid visa.
