Baker/pastry Chef

Position Details:
Title: Baker
Pay Rate: $28 - $35 per hour (pay will be dependent on skill and experience)
Tasks:
Mix, proof, bake and finish items as scheduled.
Follow formulas and recipes to ensure quality
Making doughs, pastry batters and mixes for the production of goods
Monitoring dough temperatures, baking times and oven temperatures
Recipe development
Cleaning of all production areas and equipment, and adhering to Health & Safety procedures.
Inventory management
Full-Time Position: 30 hours a week minimum
Location: Petone, Lower Hutt
Hours of work: Rostered two weeks in advance
Work Experience: We require a minimum of 3 years work experience as either a Baker or
Pastry Chef
Qualifications: Some formal qualification is highly desirable but not compulsory
