Customer Service Contact Centre

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Hub Coordinator to join a busy healthcare Contact Centre team on an initial 3-month contract, starting ASAP.

This is a great opportunity for experienced customer service professionals who enjoy helping people and are confident managing enquiries via both email and phone.

About the role

• Managing patient enquiries received through a central email mailbox
• Responding to enquiries promptly, professionally and accurately
• Making outbound calls to patients as required
• Providing clear and helpful information to patients
• Following up on enquiries and ensuring they are appropriately resolved
• Accurately recording information and updating systems
• Escalating complex enquiries to the appropriate team

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, administration or healthcare
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence communicating with customers or patients over the phone
• Strong email and computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills
• The ability to manage a busy inbox and prioritise competing enquiries
• Healthcare or patient-facing experience would be advantageous
• Valid NZ working rights
