Do you love working with people, solving problems on the go, and being part of a friendly, fast-paced team? We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Holiday Park Team Member to join us at Te Anau Lakeview Holiday Park — a family-owned accommodation base on the edge of Fiordland National Park.

This role sits at the heart of our guest experience — from managing reservations and welcoming visitors, to supporting smooth day-to-day operations across the park. No two days are the same, and you'll enjoy working with people from all around the world.

What You’ll Do

Deliver exceptional customer service at the front desk

Manage check-ins, check-outs, and online bookings

Handle guest enquiries via email, phone, and in person

Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a smooth, enjoyable guest stay

Get involved with housekeeping or cleaning tasks as needed

Uphold high standards of presentation, safety, and communication

Participate in our sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives

Who We’re Looking For

A positive, solutions-focused person who enjoys working with people

Someone with strong computer and communication skills

Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or front office preferred

Confident managing bookings, multitasking, and staying calm under pressure

Flexible with rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Able to commit through to May 2027 (preferred, not essential)
