EPIC Campers is a fast-growing campervan rental company with depots in Auckland and Christchurch. We are looking for someone hands-on, adaptable, and up for something a bit different.

The Role

This is varied, hands-on work at the heart of our Auckland depot where you will manage the workshop, lead on the maintenance, servicing and repairs of our fleet.

What You'll Do

- Scheduled servicing and maintenance repairs

- Diagnosing faults, planning and carrying out repairs

- Tyre management including inspections, changes and balancing

- CoF preparation and compliance

- Managing parts and tools including ordering, stocking and accurate record keeping

- Campervan fit-outs over winter (full training provided)

- Contributing to depot operations as part of a collaborative team


What You'll Bring

- At least 1 year hands-on mechanical experience (no formal qualification needed, but you do need to know your way around a vehicle)

- Comfortable with tools and practical problem solving

- Good with people, whether that is customers or teammates

- Reliable, organised and someone who takes pride in their work

- Full NZ or international driver’s licence

- 12+ months remaining on your visa


Bonus Points

- Any mechanical or trade qualifications

- Campervan, car rental, or tourism experience

- Carpentry, plumbing, or electrical skills

- CoF knowledge

- Love of campervans or NZ road trips

Work Rights

Working Holiday Visas are welcome as long as you have at least 12 months remaining. For the right person who wants to put down roots, there may be a pathway to sponsorship.
