Calf Rearer/dairy Farm Worker

We are looking for a calf rearer to join our team of 3 calf rearers rearing calves this spring.

We will rear approxiamately 1000 dairy beef calves. With calves arriving 2-3 times per week at approximately 4 days old.

We are looking for someone to support the Owner and other farm hand in the mixing of milk powder, feeding of calves and cleaning of equipment.

This is a position for 1 person only. If you have a partner also that is looking for work we would have work avaliable for someone with experiece in agriculture. Either fencing or operating tractors and cultivation equipment.

Unfortunately due to a delay in the building consents process we are unable to offer accomodation so this would only suit someone with their own van etc.
