Terrakiwi is looking for reliable workers to join our team for kiwifruit string pole work.

This role involves installing string poles and tying string lines, across different orchard blocks. The work is physical, outdoor-based, and requires good attention to detail.

Experienced string pole workers are preferred, however we are willing to train the right candidates who have a strong work ethic and understand how to work under piece rate / contract payment.

This role may suit people with previous experience in:

Fruit picking
Kiwifruit orchard work
Piece rate work

Applicants must understand that earnings are based on productivity, quality, and the amount of work completed. This means workers who are efficient, reliable, and motivated can do well in this role.

We are looking for people who are comfortable working towards daily targets and maintaining a good standard of work.
