Assistant Management Couple

Franz Josef TOP 10 are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking couple to take on the management of our holiday park for an initial 5-week full-time management period, with the opportunity to remain on as Assistant Managers afterward for the right team. 

This is a great opportunity for a couple who enjoy creating a welcoming environment for guests and are happy to lead by example by pitching in wherever needed. 

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the holiday park, including:

- Managing bookings and guest enquiries

- Checking guests in and out 

- Responding to emails and phone calls 

- Handling payments and reservations

- Co ordinating housekeeping tasks and leading our wonderful housekeeping team

- Performing general maintenance and repairs around the park

- Monitoring facilities and addressing issues as they arise

- Deep cleaning of rooms and facilities around the property

Ideally you will:

- Have strong communication and customer service skills 

- Be comfortable using booking systems (or willing to learn)

- Be reliable, organised and able to work independently 

- Be comfortable living very remotely
