Barista/foh

Poppies Cafe & Restaurant is seeking an experienced FOH to join our friendly team. This would suit someone who is passionate about customer service & would like to gain more experience working with knowledgeable staff.

We’re a great team who work hard & have lots of fun together. Barista experience is essential, and additional training can be provided. The successful candidate will be required to deliver food and beverages, wait on tables, help with the cleaning of the restaurant, organise functions and maintain the excellent customer service we provide.

Twizel is a small town near Mt Cook, which enjoys excellent weather and beautiful views. We are situated 2 hours from Queenstown, Timaru and Oamaru and 3 hours from Christchurch. Tekapo Hot Spring is free.

Details:

• Pay: 25$+8% holiday pay
• Full-time: minimum 30 hours per week. Extra hours may be available as summer is coming.
• Two days off per week
• Accommodation available 
• Minimuum 2-3 months stay
