Spring Orchard Work Starting Now

We are looking for a couple of employees to join our team for the spring season in our kiwifruit orchards.

No previous horticulture experience is required, as full training will be provided. The role involves carrying out a range of spring orchard tasks that support the growth, development, and management of kiwifruit vines. Duties will primarily include male pruning, stringing, and other canopy management activities that are essential for preparing and maintaining the orchard throughout the growing season.

Applicants must enjoy working outdoors and be prepared for physically demanding work. We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals who take pride in their work and can maintain high standards.

Requirements

• Valid Working Holiday Visa and IRD number
• New Zealand bank account
• New Zealand phone number
• Reliable transport (essential)
• Minimum height of 165cm (Health & Safety requirement)
• Reasonable spoken English
• Good level of physical fitness
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
