The iconic Duke of Marlborough in Russell and Charlotte's Kitchen in Paihia on the hunt for a talented Chef de Parties to join us! If you’re passionate about cooking with fresh, local ingredients and want to spend your summer in the stunning Bay of Islands, this role is for you.  Must be willing to commit for the summer season,  September start.

Role Responsibilities:

• Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients to deliver exceptional food 
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards 
• Support the team during busy service times 
• Ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests 

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role (minimum 1 year preferred) 
• Strong work ethic, team spirit, and the ability to thrive under pressure 
• Passion for creating beautiful, fresh dishes 
• Availability for weekend and evening shifts during the summer period 
• Must have valid New Zealand work eligibility (visa or residency required) 🇳🇿
