Good hours, 30 - 35 hours per week

Experienced in a la carte, set menus, bar and wine service

Variety of shifts, covering Breakfast or Dinner / bar.  

Hotel bar and restaurant closes around 10.30pm but can be later nights for functions or busy nights.

A large amount of guests for buffet breakfast, these are busy shifts.

Need reliable good team member

Team of up to 20 staff

Provide a meal on shift

Uniforms are provided & laundered

Good social team

Friendly with good customer focus

Committed to the role for 6 months

Accommodation in staff hostel upon availability
