Park Assistant

A typical day of this job starts with cleaning amenity facilities or the units. You will need to put the laundry on when it's time to do so. This will require a good time management and ability of multitasking. There could be odd ground works to do every now and then. Our staff can show you the ropes on how to complete different tasks.

If you are on a afternoon/night shift you will be responsible for receiving guests, taking payments and daily income reconciliation etc. Doors must be locked and amenity blocks need to checked to make sure they stay in an acceptable condtions for our guests. Phone duties means you will be keeping the work phone with you overnight in case of our guests need help.

It's a full time job. There will also be extra hours available in the summer. It's a good job for anyone who wants to work hard and save hard for future travels around. We need someone to work 20 weeks or more here unless you have relevant expirence which can be applied quickly onto the job.

The position will require working during evenings, weekends, school holidays and public holidays. Preferably you are a New Zealand resident or have a valid working visa.  Subsidized accommodation at staff rate. Minimum commiment of 5 months is required.
