Kiwifruit Vine Pruning work - Immediate Start - Te Puke, Bay of Plenty

We are currently seeking motivated individuals for Winter Pruning in Te Puke, the heart of the kiwifruit industry.

Work is typically Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, is outdoor, and is weather dependent. We cannot work in the rain or if the vines are wet, so there may be some weekend work.

Work is located in Te Puke in the Bay of Plenty, 15 minutes' drive from Papamoa and Mount Maunganui.

We have some accommodation available for self-contained vans.

Applicants will require the following:

  • Working Holiday Visa or equivalent work rights
  • Own transport (car/van)
  • A New Zealand bank account number
  • An IRD number
  • Good English language skills
  • New Zealand phone number
  • Be at least 165cm tall

Pruning is an important part of setting up next season’s crop and can take time to learn. Full training and ongoing guidance will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary.

We are looking for dedicated team members who can commit to the entire pruning season, which runs until approximately mid-August.

We are a friendly, family-owned business that prides itself on providing a positive and supportive work environment for our employees.

We would love to hear from you today!
