Cook / Chef Solitaire Lodge

Solitaire Lodge is a full-service Luxury Lodge with 10 rooms and up to 25 guests. It is situated 20 minutes from Rotorua.
We operate in a mostly International market with classic / contemporary cuisine.
Our philosophy reflects seasonal and best sourcing with focus on quality preparation and presentation.
Success would include enjoying strong experience in all food cooking areas, with a focus on Western and European dishes.                     We operate on a rostered morning and afternoon shifts.
