Restaurant Manager

The Gables in Russell is looking for an experienced restaurant manager for the summer and likely beyond.

We are a high quality but relaxed restaurant on the waterfront specialising in fresh house made pasta. We serve great cocktails, beer on tap and local wines too.

We are looking for someone with:
- at least 4 years front of house experience
- at least 2 years experience in high end restaurant management
- and understanding of reservations and booking systems
- good communication and team leadership skills
- great customer service
- fluent english

To start before the end of November and stay until at least the end of March. There are also longer term sponsorship opportunities for the right candidates.

Accommodation can be provided/arranged. Come and live and work in paradise this summer!
