Amenities Cleaners

Position Purpose: Amenities Cleaners are responsible for the campground facilities' presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene. They achieve this by providing high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and ensuring every guest has a fantastic experience. 

Main Tasks: 

• To clean the facilities listed below as per the cleaning schedules
  • Camp Kitchen
  • Laundries
  • Camp Toilets and Showers
  • TV Room
  • Accessible Bathrooms
  • Exterior of amenities buildings
  • Public access toilets
• **Note that this is a general list of facilities and not an exhaustive list.
• To use cleaning equipment and chemicals to clean effectively and maintain the campground amenities and facilities at the highest possible standard of cleanliness and hygiene while ensuring your safety and that of others.
• Communicate and advise management and other key staff regarding issues with cleaning requirements and maintenance.
• To work within the set time frames systematically and methodically.
• To have pride in your contribution and achievements in the business.
• To secure all cleaned areas before leaving.
• Act in the best interest of the business at all times.

Experience: Industry-based experience preferred but not essential

Skills and Competencies:

• Customer service and communication focused
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work in teams
• Time management and organisation skills, ability to work under pressure
• Professional approach to work
