Brick Bay Wines is a boutique, family-owned vineyard and farm, home to a beautiful restaurant and sculpture trail. Located just one hour north of Auckland, we offer a unique combination of food, wine, art and nature in a truly stunning setting.

We're looking for enthusiastic, experienced Front of House team members, particularly those with strong barista and bar skills, to join our friendly hospitality team.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in barista or bar roles
• Confidence in front of house duties, including table service
• Excellent coffee-making skills and/or experience working behind a busy bar
• A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with guests
• A passion for great food, wine, art and nature
• Wine knowledge would be an advantage
• Honesty, reliability and a strong work ethic
• Good communication skills and a strong command of English
• High standards of personal presentation and hygiene
• Flexibility to work weekends and busy service periods
