Front Of House

The Hive Purangi Restaurant and Bar is located in Cooks Beach Coromandel. It is a 10 min drive from Hot Water Beach and Hahei home of the famous Cathedral Cove.

We have a Front of house position available starting now

Our season is September through till end of April 2027

This Position is part time to start with then will be full time in December

 This role ideally could go through till end of Jan or longer.

Days of operation to start with are Thursday-Sunday - open more days in school holidays then mid December onwards 7 days

Applicants requirements

• Must have valid work visa 
• Have a good work ethic and work well as a team 
• Work well under pressure at a fast pace
• Punctuality and Personal Hygiene
• Experience in front of house environment
• Have a positive can do attitude and good sense of humour
• Physically fit as some heavy lifting involved
• Able to follow instruction
• Must understand and speak reasonable english

Accommodation is in Cooks Beach in a shared house with other staff member's.

Accommodation is a 10min drive from the Restaurant so your own form of  transport will be needed.
