We’re looking for a Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team at a busy holiday park in beautiful Tasman Holiday Park Hahei Beach.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows housekeeping, has high standards and takes genuine pride in creating accommodation that guests love walking into.

⭐ WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

✔️ Lead and support our housekeeping team
✔️ Organise daily cleaning and room allocations
✔️ Check accommodation to ensure presentation standards are spot-on
✔️ Train and support team members
✔️ Manage cleaning supplies and linen
✔️ Report maintenance issues
✔️ Work closely with Reception & Management
✔️ Jump in and get your hands dirty when the team needs you
✔️ Help deliver an outstanding guest experience

💪 WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Housekeeping experience is a MUST.

You’ll need to be:

• Experienced in housekeeping, ideally within a hotel, resort, motel or holiday park
• Confident leading or supervising a team
• Fast, organised and extremely detail-focused
• Reliable and able to work independently
• A great communicator
• Someone who takes pride in presentation
• Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment
• Positive, energetic and team-focused
