Operations Assistant- Car Rental Company
Location: Frankton, Near Airport
Full Time Role- 30 Hours per Week
We are looking for a reliable and motivated person to join our busy rental car team
The role involves assisting customers with vehicle bookings, rentals and returns while providing excellent customer service. Duties include preparing rental cars for hire, inspecting vehicles, car grooming, processing payments, coordinating vehicle availability and ensuring vehicles are clean, safe and ready for hire. Duties also include moving vehicles around to our mechanics and COF Centre.
You must have:
- At least 1 year experience in customer service, sales, front of house roles or grooming roles.
- Confident communication skills
- Full drivers licence
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Available to work on weekends
Roestered hours Monday to Sunday between 8am-5pm.
Prefer immediate start.
