Nanny / Family Helper

Hello and a warm welcome to NZ! 

We are seeking a family helper from mid October for minimum two months, with option to extend for longer.

ABOUT US

We are a busy family of two working adults and a little girl turning 1 year old in November.

We live in the beautiful Clutha Valley, 20 minutes from Balclutha township.

We live in a rural area, made up of farms: cows and sheep and lifestyle properties.

Our property is a sheep and beef farm, includes cows, calves, sheep, lambs, dogs, cat, paddocks, veggie garden and lawn.

HELP NEEDED

We seek an all-round family helper/ nanny to support us during a particularly busy time. Duties mostly fall into small household and childcare.

Keeping common areas of household tidy and clean. Childcare playing, reading, possibly driving to an activity if you hold a license.

Hours would be around 24/35 hours per week

EXCHANGE

We propose 24 hours a week in exchange of accommodation, food and wifi, Sky.

The accommodation is a room with double-bed, shared living area, full kitchen, bathroom.

For breakfast and lunch, we have a variety of ingredients available, from which you can prepare your own meal independently. We share a cooked meal together in the evenings. 

We would welcome support beyond these 24 hours (up to around 35 hours a week in total), with the differential hours being in exchange for payment.

Possibility to work in dairy farms milking if interested 

A car is available to use with condition to be discussed
