Immediate Start Farm Help

We are after someone who can help our farm team during our busiest time, and get our ‘odd jobs’ done. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive attitude, energy, and a love for working in a team
• Trustworthy, proud of your work, and ready to learn
• Good communication skills and open to feedback
• A desire to take responsibility and enjoy working with systems

Tasks include (depending on your background/experience:

• Helping clean/hose down our yard and shed
• Helping with calves and cleaning calf gear
• Milking
• Getting cows in and putting break fences up
• General farm jobs

• Fair pay in the range of $25-28/ hour dependent on experience

Requirements:

• Ability to ride a 2 wheeler motorbike (or willing to learn with push bike and manual car experience)
• You must be eligible to work in New Zealand & ideally available to start immediately. This role could be short term, or become a longer term option for those with more experience.
• Have your own transport (we’re not close to public transport)
• Have a good level of english, as our workplace is dynamic and communication is key to our team working so well.
