We are currently seeking a passionate, motivated and service-driven Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team.
This is far more than a traditional front office role. It is an opportunity to become part of a small, high-performing team where every day is different, every guest experience is personalised, and your contribution genuinely makes a difference.
The RoleAs a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will play an integral role in creating memorable stays for our guests from around the world.
Working closely with our General Manager and Guest Experience team, you will:
- Welcome guests and deliver exceptional personalised service throughout their stay.
- Coordinate bespoke guest experiences, dining, activities and special occasions.
- Manage reservations, guest communications and administrative responsibilities.
- Support the daily operation of one of New Zealand's leading luxury lodges.
- Assist in developing new guest experiences and continually enhancing our luxury offering.
- Work collaboratively across all departments to ensure every detail exceeds expectations.

About YouWe're looking for someone who naturally enjoys looking after people and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience within luxury hospitality, hotels or tourism.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to think ahead and solve problems.
- Confidence working independently while thriving as part of a close-knit team.
- A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
A full New Zealand driver's licence is essential.
An LCQ and Manager's Certificate would be advantageous but are not essential.
