Over the past four years we've grown from 20 campers in the fleet to 65 with another 15 being added this year.
We’ve built a reputation for quality, innovation, and exceptional personal service, backed by 300+ 5-star Google reviews.
THE ROLE
We’re on the hunt for a switched-on, hardworking fleet maintenance and fit-out technician / mechanic to join our busy Auckland Airport branch team.

You’ll handle everything from mechanical servicing and repairs to interior maintenance and campervan fit-outs over winter.
The right person for this role will have solid mechanical expertise and experience, as well as be a creative problem solver who loves building and fixing things to a high standard.
Additionally, as part of a small high-performing team, you’ll need to be an allrounder with good communication and people skills, happy to get stuck into general day to day operations as required, including customer service, checking, cleaning and preparing our campervans in between hires to ensure we deliver exceptional customer experience.

- Lead campervan fitouts over our winter low season— hands-on installation of pre-designed interiors (training provided).
Support & Customer Service
- Assist with customer handovers during busy times.
- Support the customer team by helping diagnose on-road issues and liaising with repairers and roadside assistance.
- Be an internal expert on our fleet—knowing common issues, quirks, and fixes for our four vehicle types.
Health & Safety
- Comply with all company health and safety requirements, ensuring these are always adhered to.
- Take personal responsibility for managing own safety and that of others.
- Identify and promptly report any accidents, incidents and hazards in the workplace.
