Content Creator & Hospitality All-Rounder

Start date: September (a little flexibility)  Duration: 6–8 months (summer season) Hours: Full-time, split between hospitality and content creation (see below)

About the Role

We're looking for a Cafe Superstar to join our team for the summer — someone who can work front of house, behind the bar, OR in the kitchen, and who has a genuine passion (and skill) for content creation.

This is a hybrid role. Roughly 10 hours a week will be dedicated to building our online presence — the rest will be spent working alongside our team in the cafe itself. Working in the business isn't just a formality: it means our team gets to know you and feels comfortable with you (and your camera!) around, and it means you'll genuinely understand our food, our people, and our place — which makes for much better content.

What You'll Be Doing

Content Creation (10 hrs/week)

• Creating photo and video content that builds our brand and tells our story
• Showcasing our location, landscape, and backdrop
• Capturing our culinary creations and behind-the-scenes kitchen action
• Featuring our team and the community around us
• Updating and maintaining our website
• Managing and posting to our social media profiles

In the Business (remaining hours)

• Front of house service
• Bartending
• Kitchen support

What We're Looking For

• Essential: Previous experience in front of house, bartending, OR kitchen work
• Essential: A strong eye for content creation — photography, videography, and social media savvy
• Someone comfortable being part of a close-knit team, camera in hand
• A genuine interest in food, hospitality, and storytelling
• Reliability and flexibility across a 6–8 month summer season
