Housekeeper

Holdens Bay Holiday Park is situated only 10 minutes from the city and Rotorua's best attractions. We have a range of self-contained units, cabins, powered sites for campers and an Airbnb property.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person or couple to join our team as Part-Time Casual Housekeepers! Applicants will be able to start as soon as possible.

About the role: 

Housekeepers are an integral part of our team, responsible for keeping the park clean and well maintained. Daily tasks include cleaning rooms and communal facilities, making beds, processing laundry and keeping the grounds looking tidy. Housekeepers are required to clean rooms and communal areas to a high standard productively within given time frames.

The ideal candidates will demonstrate the following:

• Fluency in English.
• Being responsible, hardworking, and reliable.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently and follow instructions.
• Great attention to detail and take great pride in their work.
• Willingness to live onsite.
• Willingness to clean daily.
• Ability to commit long term

Prior hospitality experience, especially in cleaning is considered a strong advantage, however we will consider all applicants.

Schedule:

• Up to 5 days per week. Fluctuating hours between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm. Each week you will have at least 2 days off. 
• Starting beginning of July
• Minimum 3 months commitment required

Accommodation: 

On site accommodatio is available. A one bedroom unit or a powered site with access to shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. All utilities included (including Wi-Fi).
