Skilled Labourers

We’re on the lookout for reliable, hard-working skilled labourers to join our crew and work across a range of client sites.

This is perfect if you’ve picked up solid hands-on skills but don’t necessarily have a formal trade qualification. We have a steady pipeline of work across construction, civil, and industrial projects — so if you’re keen to stay busy and earn good money, we want to hear from you.

What we’re looking for You don’t need a trade cert — but you do need to know your way around a job site. We’re keen to hear from people with experience in things like:

• Working at heights (scaffolding, roofing, harness work)
• Operating machinery (excavators, rollers, forklifts, etc.)
• Concrete work (formwork, placing, finishing)
• Civil labouring or drainage
• Carpentry support / hammerhand work
• General construction site experience
• Power tool confidence and site awareness
• Forestry work (machine operators, chainsaw)

You’ll bring

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Good physical fitness
• Reliability — turn up and get stuck in
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Site Safe, WTR, or licences (a bonus, not essential)
