Online Shopper – Be the Magic Behind the Click!

Love online shopping? Ever wondered who makes it happen on the other side of the screen? You could be that person.

Our Online Store team is responsible for picking, packing, and processing customer orders that come in daily — making sure everything is just right before it heads out for pickup or delivery.

This is a hands-on, tech-forward role where you’ll work mostly independently, using custom trolleys, hand-held scanners, and easy-to-use software based on an iPad to bring online orders to life.

What you’ll be doing:

• Picking and packing online grocery orders with care and accuracy
• Processing orders for customer pickup or local delivery
• Handling substitutions thoughtfully to keep customers happy
• Completing daily local deliveries in our refrigerated van
• Jumping in to help other departments during quieter periods

What we’re looking for:

• Someone adaptable who can think on their feet
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Confident using technology and following processes
• Full, open driver’s license required

The details:

• Full-time role (5 shifts per week)
• Shifts typically start at 7am
• Finish no earlier than 3pm, once the final pickup/delivery window closes
• Every day is different — workload can change quickly with customer demand
