You need to;

Show INITIATIVE 
Be comfortable around big COWS 
Not be afraid to get DIRTY
Have PATIENCE 
(Learn to) MILK cows
Be an OUTDOOR person 
Works HARD and EFFICIENT no time wasting
Handle RAIN, SUN, HARD WORK
Can do jobs INDEPENDENTLY 

EXPERT NEEDED, SOMEONE WHO ENJOYS WORKING HARD OUTDOORS AND CAN FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS
