Carpenters Wanted – Commercial & Residential Projects | Wellington

We are currently seeking experienced carpenters for a range of commercial and residential projects across the Wellington region. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with reputable contractors on diverse builds.

Location:

Wellington Region

What we offer:

• Full-time hours (40+ hours per week)
• Opportunity to work with established site teams

The role:

You will be working on a variety of projects, contributing your skills across all stages of construction, including:

• Framing, formwork, and finishing
• Reading and interpreting plans
• Working independently and leading small tasks onsite
• Maintaining high health and safety standards
• Collaborating with site teams and other trades

What we are looking for:

• NZ Qualified Builder (or equivalent overseas qualification) or hammerhand with experience
• Proven experience on commercial and/or residential sites
• Strong knowledge of building practices and site processes
• Own tools and PPE
• Reliable transport
• Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative

Requirements:

• Must have the right to work in New Zealand
• Ability to pass a drug test if required
• Site Safe (preferred)
