The Boathouse Café & Restaurant is looking for an experienced Front of House / Waitstaff team member who genuinely enjoys hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, observant, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. If you naturally notice what needs to be done before being asked and enjoy making people feel welcome, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing warm, friendly and professional table service.
• Greeting and seating guests with a genuine smile.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serving meals and drinks efficiently.
• Keeping the restaurant clean, organised and well presented.
• Working independently while supporting the team during busy service.
• Anticipating guests' needs and providing excellent customer care.
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere by engaging in friendly conversation with our customers.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has previous Front of House or restaurant experience.
• Is quick on their feet and works efficiently under pressure.
• Has excellent observation skills and notices what needs to be done without waiting to be told.
• Can confidently work independently and use initiative.
• Has outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Is friendly, positive and approachable.
• Has a caring, patient and respectful nature.
• Enjoys building relationships with regular customers.
• Maintains high standards of personal presentation and professionalism.
• Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work.
• Can work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
