F&B Attendant / Cafe

The Godley Hotel & Jack Rabbit Cafe – Lake Tekapo

We are looking for experienced hospitality professionals to join our lovely team in beautiful Lake Tekapo Village.

This is a full-time position starting ASAP, with long-term opportunities.

The Role

• Position: F&B Attendant / Barista

• Pay Rate: $25 – $27 per hour (depending on experience)

• Hours: Minimum 30 hours guaranteed (Full-time + 8% holiday pay)

Requirements

We are specifically seeking a candidate with a strong background in café service.

• Barista skills are highly preferred.

• The ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• The maturity and confidence to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

• A "can-do" attitude with a friendly and bubbly personality.

• High attention to detail and professional presentation.

• Motivated, organized, and punctual.

• Ability to assist across different departments (Cafe & Hotel Restaurant) as needed.

• Happy to live and work in a beautiful, quiet, and remote alpine location.
