Kiwifruit Bud Thinning Whangarei

We have positions available for the summer fruit harvest season. 

The start date is middle - late September for bud thinning work. 

There may be fruit thinning and flower picking work available as the season progresses.

This role requires a reasonable level of physical fitness and endurance - you need to be adept with being on your feet all day and working in outdoor conditions. The fruit is grown under a canopy, which requires your height to be 170cm or taller. 

There are usually 5-6 days of work available per week, however you may need to be flexible. You can expect to be offered work from Monday through to Sunday at times.

Ideal candidates will be able to commit to several weeks.

There are full accomodation facilities (Shared) available with options for onsite cabins or for your self contained vehicles. The accomodation is tidy, modern and comfortable. There is full cooking facilities, hot showers, games room lounge facilities.

 A bond is required, which is refundable upon your departure providing the facilities are left tidy, with no damage.
