What you will do: 

We take pride in the presentation and cleanliness of our beautiful property. 

Our Culinary Associates have an important role when it comes to creating memorable experiences for our guests. The duties include: 

• Cleaning of dishes and equipment. 
• Cleaning and tidying of kitchen and food storage areas. 
• Re-stocking supplies, including food and cleaning supplies. 
• Other cleaning duties as required, related to culinary. 
• Taking pride in the appearance of the back of house area and kitchen. 

What you will bring: 

The successful candidate will have: 

• A passion for service delivery and the hospitality industry 
• Minimum of 6 months cleaning experience, ideally in a 4/5-star Hotel/Resort environment 
• Strong communication skills 
• A high level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills  
• Flexibility - able to work shifts, including weekends 

What We Offer

• This is a full time (minimum 30 hours per week) position. In the peak season you may expect to work up to 55 hours per week.
• The position is for fixed term contract of 3 months
• Offering $26 per hour.
