As our Receptionist, you are the heart of our Front Office operation. From the first warm greeting to a seamless check-in and beyond, you will play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences.

This position is ideal for someone who is professional, organised, customer-focused, and enjoys being part of a supportive team that goes the extra mile every day.

• Previous customer service experience in a similar environment is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution-focused approach
• Strong attention to detail and confidence using computer systems
• Experience with RMS is advantageous, however full training will be provided
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• The ability to remain professional and thrive in a busy environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varying rostered shifts

30+ hours per week
$26.00 per hour, depending on experience
