Summer Event Crew

We are a Stoke based Event company that delivers, sets up and dismantles marquees, furniture and other items for weddings and events across Nelson & Blenheim.

Due to some early projects, we're looking to start building our Summer Event Crew for the 2026/27 season now.

Initial work will be on a Casual basis with the opportunity to work right through Summer for the right people.

We have work in the catering side of the business (returning, cleaning and repacking hire items) and also erecting and dismantling marquees and furniture at events. 

Work is available immediately and through until Easter 2027. 

• Hours are normally between 8am - 4pm but do vary depending on travel. 
• The work can be heavy and physically demanding at times. 
• We work outside in some amazing spots from Golden Bay to Kaikoura. 
• Some weekend work may be required although this will be notified and rare.
• A drivers license is essential.
