Fox Glacier Guiding is seeking a full-time, fixed-term staff member for our front desk. The season begins from September through the end of April. Training will be the last two weeks of August and the applicant must be available for the full season. Average of 40 hours per week. Leave can be arranged outside of peak periods (First week of October and end of December to end of February are peak periods)

  • Must be available to work Weekends and public holidays

  • Speaking Mandarin or other languages will be a bonus

As part of our Front Desk / Reservations team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll welcome customers, manage bookings, provide trip information, and support daily operations to ensure every guest has a smooth and positive experience. 

Shared staff accommodation is provided in return of rent.
