Avocado Orchard Work

1 picking positions available, immediate start. 

This role involves repetitive physical work and may include either ground picking or Hydralada picking, depending on operational requirements and availability. 

Ground picking involves carrying a picking bag containing approximately 20–25kg of avocados, walking on uneven ground, reaching above shoulder height, and performing physically demanding work outdoors for up to 9 hours per day. 

Hydralada picking involves working at height from an elevated platform. This position does not require carrying a picking bag but requires you to be comfortable working at height and following safety procedures while operating on the Hydralada.

Rural place, must have your own car. Accommodation near orchard at cost.

Required valid visa, no oversea visitor please.

Fruit picking experience preferred but not essential. Training will be provided.
