Brew Co is a beloved local pub known for its welcoming atmosphere, excellent service, and great community vibe. Located in the heart of Mount Maunganui, we offer a unique experience for both locals and visitors alike.

**Role and Responsibilities:**
As the Bar Supervisor you will be the heartbeat of Brew Co, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pub. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading regular duty shifts and ensuring exceptional customer service
- Managing ordering, inventory, and liaising with suppliers
- Training, and supervising staff
- Ensuring security and compliance with regulations and the Sale and Supply of Liquor Act 
- Engaging with customers and fostering a welcoming environment

**Support and Team:**
You will work closely with a supportive management team, including:
- An in-house Promotions and Marketing Manager
- An Administrative Support Team
- Managers of our  other venues
