Operations & Sales Support Administration - Queenstown
Fixed-term, 12‑month maternity cover — ideal for candidates on a Working Holiday Visa.
Full-time, 40 hours per week — based at our Head Office in Frankton, Queenstown.
We’re seeking an organised, proactive professional to join NZSIR – New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty – in a Sales & Operations Support role. This position supports the CEO and plays a key part in driving efficiency, strengthening internal processes, and supporting Licensee sales activity across our Queenstown offices. It’s a hands-on role that requires strong administrative capability, excellent organisation, confident communication skills, and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
A solid understanding of the real estate industry is highly desirable, as the role contributes directly to business growth initiatives, operational improvement, and overall sales performance. Sales support experience is strongly valued, as your effectiveness will directly influence Licensee productivity and key performance metrics.
Ideal Skills & Experience- Proven ability to support and collaborate with teams
- Strong real estate knowledge, or relevant legal experience
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Forward-thinking approach to identifying operational and business improvements
- Confident brand ambassador who embodies NZSIR values
- Excellent interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholder support
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
- Resilient, positive, and able to perform under pressure
- Professional, confidential approach to all work
- Full driver’s licence preferred but not essential
