Asparagus Picker

Asparagus farm workers.

Looking for workers to start in July. Varied work from harvesting and grading of crowns and asparagus, mixed in with plenty of other jobs.

Work maybe slightly inconsistent through winter as can be weather dependant, but would be looking to offer at least 20-30 hours a week, but hopefully more.

Needs to be physically fit, keen to work hard and able to listen and take feedback. Ideally some tractor driving experience, but not compulsory. I like to reward hard workers, and happy to increase pay according once this is demonstrated.
