Agricontracting Tractor Drivers

September 2026 to April 2027

We are looking for some great Agricultural drivers to join our Agricultural Contracting team for a New Zealand silage and cropping season. Come to the Southern Hemisphere and escape the Winter blues of the North. We are located in the mighty Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. We are close to 7 lakes a quick 50 min drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world and some of the most breath taking mountain biking you will ever experience. Come discover Middle Earth while making money and getting to travel. If you needed an excuse for a Gap year and a working holiday here it is!

3 Bedroom Shared accommodation fully furnished would suit 2-3 mates traveling together or make new friends in a shared house. This is a high skilled position and requires some experience in the agriculture contracting industry. We are looking for staff who will be able to work for at least 6 months preferred. We can take  on drivers as early as the end of August early September. We have plenty of work until April and May.

so many opportunities! 

We would need an employee who is great at communicating, can understand direction and policies. Have a great attitude to work in a team. Having the ability to be responsible and reliable. Some of the country we harvest can be challenging so confidence is a must.  Experience with mechanics and mechanical abilities would be beneficial and would mean more in salary options. Never have to worry about not having enough hours as there is always something to do, even if its wet!
